The difference
One machine cannot clean seven different surfaces
Most exterior cleaners own a pressure washer and use it on everything. It is quick, it looks impressive for a fortnight, and it quietly damages roofs, render and period masonry. We carry the kit and the chemistry for each surface, which is slower to buy and slower to learn, and it is the reason our work lasts.

The drone shows us the ridge, the valleys, the flashings and the state of every pitch in 4K, which means the quote is accurate and you can see the same footage we are working from. We fly it again after the job so you have a genuine before and after.
No. High pressure strips granules from concrete tiles, cracks render and drives water into the building. Roofs and render are soft washed or treated with biocide, and manual moss removal is done by hand. We keep pressure washing for surfaces that can genuinely take it, such as block paving and concrete.
Yes. We carry GBP 5 million public liability insurance, and our team hold CSCS and IPAF cards for site work and powered access. Certificates are available on request before any work is booked.

Nobody honestly can, because moss, algae and lichen are living things and your roof sits outside. What we can do is kill the growth at spore level with a biocide, which slows the return considerably. Most customers get four to six years from a properly treated roof, longer on an open, sunny pitch.
